Cara Catchings graduated from UTC with a B.S. in Elementary Education. She has taught kindergarten, 3rd, and 4th grades and has taught at Nolan since 2006. Ms. Catchings is married, lives in Hixson, and loves her job at Nolan.

Deborah Poe graduated with a B.S. in Special Education and Elementary Education. She earned her Master's Degree in 1992. She has been teaching since 1985 and has taught grades K-8. She is married and has three daughters and two stepchildren. She has lived on Signal Mountain almost 30 years.

Cheryl Smith graduated from U.T.C. with a B.S. in Secondary Eduation; she earned her Master's Degree in Elementary Education from Trevecca University. She taught at Thrasher Elementary for ten years, and she began teaching at Nolan its first year. She is married, lives in Hixson, and has three children.

Kathy Taylor graduated from U.T. Knoxville with a B. S. in Elementary Education, and is currently working on her Master's Degree from Tennessee Technological University. After teaching at Thrasher for 15 years, she moved to Nolan in its first year. She is married, has 2 grown daughters, 1 son still at home, and 5 grandchildren. She lives on Signal Mountain.
